Unfortunately, George and team were more concerned with payment first, rather than doing an adequate job.Also, George described verbally (on location) during the quoting process how the blinds would be cleaned and even looked at the blinds.When it came time for the job, the invoice/quote stated blinds would not be included.Unfortunately, they didn't complete the Bond Clean component of a larger job I paid $1,030 total for.The job on the carpets, paving and windows was adequate.But the Bond Clean was not completed.They didn't let me know when they had received payment - it was only until I asked.I was anxious they had received payment as the day before the job they gave me a deadline for payment even before the job had been completed and I couldn't book anyone else at short notice.They said they had sent a receipt to acknowledge payment but it turned up via email 24hrs later.No thank you at all.No update to say when they had finished the job.They left the air-con on - which is fine as I understand carpets need to dry.But they knew I was in another town and only re-visiting the property 3 days later.This is how long the air con was on - for 3 days straight as far as I know.They could have just let me know with a quick message and I could have asked someone to turn it off.The real estate sent back numerous photos detailing what had been missed and that the cleaning job was unacceptable.It was disappointing as I am a polite person and expected to be treated the same, or at least have the job be done adequately.Thankfully I had a positive experience with another cleaning couple who finished the job professionally.
