Loved going here precovid. My child has a physical disability which they are extremely ashamed of. I rung explained to Lara how my child hides behind there fringe. Explained there special needs. Lara said Natalie was off and book my child in.My child did not stop crying for 10 hours there still not up so no doubt wake up crying.Lara said do u want your fringe above your eyebrows which my son never has had. He said no and she went clip and took there hole fringe off. Not to mention lara sitting there the hole time saying how uneven his colour was etc. He left a experience that was meant to make him feel better. He left there in a terrible state.I called Lara and asked what happens she said well what can I do about it. I did call back as this didn't sit well with me. I didn't want anything but would appreciate someone telling me. Iv left a message for Natalie all I can do is try find someone who can do hair extension short notice to try get abit of length back. Very dissapointing because when it was called Natalie's the crew were lovely. And never had no one purposely not listenI was going to write a review once I seen how the situation will be dealt with. However Laras really stuffed my child's hair and clearly doesn't care. She didn't even apologise. Great way to spend mothers day trying to fix my sons hair.

I had a colour, foils hair wash, and blow dry by Natalie, very happy with the job she did, especially the scalp massage,staff very friendly and egger to please, I would highly recommend this hair dressing salon, I have been going hear for several years.

Tried a haircut from one of the trainees. Very happy with the result. They were detail oriented, and did a great job. The owner/ supervising stylist came by to check, so I felt extra-assured that I was in good hands. Went home and washed my hair and still looks good. Would recommend.

Natalie, of Hair by Natalie has been doing my hair for as long as I can remember. I always walk out of her salon feeling brand new. I always trust her with my haircut and colour - and that is wonderful that I know I am in good hands! I highly recommend the whole team at Hair by Natalie for colour, cuts and for anyone wanting a new look.

My 11 year old Son who was getting hair cut from long long to super short suffers from anxiety and other issues this was the first time in years was trying again to get hair cut. I told them and they went to great lengths to make him comfortable and relaxed.Super friendly and listened to what he wanted. Very impressed with the customer service and the outstanding way they made my son feel like he was in control and made him actually enjoy the experience. Thanks so much to Olivia she is amazing with kids.
