The team at Rio are excellent! It is an awesome dance school that is very welcoming. You don't need a partner and you don't need any dancing experience - you'll have pretty of new friends and will be dancing away soon enough! Great people. Great culture. Great community!

Rio Rhythmics is the ultimate place to learn any style of Latin dance that you wish. Their focus is on teaching you the correct technique to be versatile in any style of dance. It may seem daunting, but learning multiple styles at the same time accelerates your progress and you will dance better, faster! The teachers are super friendly and approachable, keen to help fix your footwork anytime. This is the best place to learn Zouk, Samba styles, Bolero, Salsa, Bachata, Forro, Tango and Kizomba. There is also plenty of opportunity to dance at Rio with the frequent social nights to practise what you learn in class. I am very happy with my ongoing Rio experience; I never thought I’d have so many styles in my repertoire - a great asset because it means you can dance to any kind of music anywhere - more time on the floor, less time on the sidelines :)

Rio is not only a great dance school, but a wonderful community to belong too. The teachers are enthusiastic in sharing their love and knowledge of not only the dances, but also the culture. Front of house/admin are welcoming and so helpful in assisting with enquiries.

Need a fun night out, look NO further. Rio Rythmics is like joining a new family, you can just go along to a Saturday night beginner class, no booking required, and you will join a large group of people doing the same. Go alone [I did] or take a friend. NO experience is needed and the teachers are really good at giving you easy steps to follow. It's really social and great Brazilian music. For the more experienced dancers it's a fun place to go social dancing every Fri and Sat. I have been doing lessons for some time there now and have loved every moment, met some great people. If you need to perk up your life, rock in one Sat night!!!! Just do it.

RR is fantastic, my partner Georgia and I loved it there! The instructors are all absolutely fabulous. Have had Elle, Ju, Raf and Kimberley and they are all so incredibly lovely. Can't wait to get back into it at some stage down the line!

As a latino who has been listening to salsa music all my life, I found the music in this place so outdated and boring. The place needs a new DJ or somehow update their play list.Just to be clear: I'm talking about the social dance event!

Enrolled in a 10 week starter course where you can attend several different classes for a great price in my opinion! Instructors are very informative and passionate, thorough in basics in the starter courses to ensure a good foundation is built which I really enjoy. Unfortunately I haven't been able to make every class due to life stuff, but catch up has been easy and have still been able to learn a good amount.

Great affordable dance school for someone learning the basics and up. The focus on fundamentals is great and is transferable to a range of different styles, so you can dance anywhere... fun class, small enough sizes to get time with instructors if you need. Online material to review as well and just plain fun.... love it...

Rio Rhythmics is a wonderful community where you can learn some great dance skills, meet new people and have a load of fun! It is professionally run and the instructors are skilled at breaking down the steps into easy to work out moves which has you dancing skillfully and with style. The people are all very friendly and you dont need to have a partner to come! Highly Recommend!
