Had the pleasure of dealing with Avril, the matters needing to be discussed were quite delicate. Found her profressionalism and empathy outstanding. Would highly recommend this person she went above and beyond. Very thankful that this process was made easy.

Staff appear to delight in their ability to be rude to customers whilst knowing that their customers can't argue for fear of reprisal. I'm a teacher trying to help my daughter get into TAFE, but I'm being treated like a criminal.Okay, I am going to edit this. It was actually the security who were really rude. They were terrible. However, once my daughter and I got to speak to a CSO, we were treated with respect and kindness. My daughter (who is Indigenous) was extremely upset by the experience with the security person, but was mollified by the helpfulness of the person who served us. I give half a star for the security person and 3 1/2 stars for the CSO.

I've had excellent service from all the staff especially Dexter, Denish, and Matt. They have been very helpful and patient during my application for the age pension and use of the Centrelink App.

Very impressed with service at Centrelink Gosnells branch. Especially Dexter who was most helpful and went out of his way to explain and make sure i understood the process. The centre link experience is never easy but he made it less stressful. Thankyou!

Some workers are ok,others treat you like a criminal and ask you dumb questions,they seem to be slow and mess you around sometimes for no reason. Centrelink is a horrid place to be.Calling centrelink is even worse with long wait calls more than an hr long.

Been trying for the last hour and a half ,phoning them just to get paperwork sent out And to try and get a appointment...Useless new system"...Why can't they go back to the way it was ....."

l went to Gosnells centrelink for the first time, the staffs were helpful. Ms Sandy, one of the staff, went an extra mile to help me and l appreciate that..She made my life easy and my work was done well. Due to social distancing, l was unable to give her a hug! thanks. keep it up!!

Nice staff, toilets were working. Approximately 40 mins to an hour wait but there were lots of empty chairs pretty comfortable. Went around 11am to Gosnells branch for help with covid Vax proof.

The lady staff patiently helped me looking into the rebate issues from Medicare and provided me solutions in dealing with possible subsequent situations. I really appreciate her help.

No one likes to go here.But staff are really nice
