Anytime Fitness

I love this gym and the equipment but one particular staff, Katie, is rude and unhelpful. I feel she does not satisfy me as a customer and it beyond frustrates me. I hope to see more of the other staff as they're often more friendly.

Honestly one of the best gyms I’ve been a member of. I can honestly say they have one of the most friendly and helpful staff and will always make sure you achieve your goals. The gym equipment is also outstanding and offers a wide variety of machines to help obtain great results!!

Been here for around a month now and its nice to have a fresh gym with brand new equipment. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and I wish I had made the switch when it first opened. Really enjoying the experience at the moment!

Great local gym, has a friendly environment and staff to match. Has a wide of machinery to cater for all types of people. Great lighting inside and the equipment is spaced out nicely. Would reccommend!!

Have been a member of anytime fitness for 10 years and have trained out of blakehurst since they opened. My membership was transferred to ramsgate while I was living there for 2 months and my membership fee was doubled at the new location. After returning back to live near the blakehurst franchise I called the manager of blakehurst and asked if my membership fees could be reduced closer to what I was previously paying 2 months ago. I was told my fees could not be reduced to my previous membership fee as I was on a rate that no longer exists. However this club manager" refused to even match what new members are signing up for. Considering I've been a loyal member and have referred multiple people over the years you would expect some sort of courtesy. Ive decided to cancel my membership am extremely disappointed anytime blakehurst. I understand the club managers are usually teenagers and at the beginning of their job careers but some basic customer service training and sales training would go a long way. Can't imagine how a new member is treated if this is how they treat the people keeping their business running. I've met the owner of the blakehurst franchise and he's a very solid guy but whoever he has running his gym is a clown"

This gym has been so comforting since the first time I walked in the door. The staff are always so friendly and never shy away from a conversation. The club manager Bianka has been so amazing and helpful with everything, always creating a positive environment and talking to every person who walks in the door. This gym made me feel comfortable enough to really attack my fitness goals. I have and will continue to recommend my friends and family to join this gym!!!

I came to this gym for the first time today because I was looking for a particular machine (which turns out is on order and will arrive in January). I had an overall really nice experience. The staff was very friendly. The gym is new and is sooo nice. All new equipment, fresh environment, a Christmas tree! If it wasn’t far from my home I would go here all the time. Like wow I was really impressed.
