Our cashier was Shona, as we were browsing the display, She made us feel like a burden for unfolding the towels. There were many designs to look at and she came across frustrated that she had to do her job and fold them back up. As we purched a number of towels she was very cold at the register. No politeness

Always a fantastic range of homeware items to select from, either for functional use or for decorative purposes. However have had issue with quality of the towels when on a couple of occasions they have literally come apart at the seams! However staff are always able to swap over for replacements Always love to go there to look at their Easter and Christmas range. So many tempting buys!! 21.2.23 oh I always love to check out their promotional stock. 27.2 needed to get a new QB fitted sheet in cream. Staff member could not have been more helpful! Note fitted on bed perfectly unlike last one which was DB size, no wonder i always struggled to get it on bed. And bonus, linen all on sale, if I'd had time would have brought an armful!
