Muffin Break Mandurah
Coffee is great as normal, service is excellent. But disappointed with my choc chip muffin, dry and the top is dark brown and chic chips burnt in the top. This was a treat after facing the shopping centre traffic inside and outside before Christmas. Very disappointed at how over cooked the muffin is, usually they're light and the chocolate is slightly soft. Bad day in the kitchen for their cook I would say.

So, I bought a yummy egg bacon pie, the only downside? There was a LOT of EGG SHELL'S in it. Could not finish it, it's gross... egg shell......

I have tried all the coffee shops in Mandurah Forum, and I can say for me personally I liked muffin break the most.They also have the extra large cup, which is the biggest you can find. Some coffee shops in there sell you the regular cup as large for same price.Staff are very friendly, hard working, and get your order ready as soon as possible.I have seen them take some unkind and abusive behaviour from some of the customers and still serve them with a smile on.Highly recommend if you love coffee, to swing by , pick up an extra large, and do your shopping.

All coffees I've had from here have been very bitter: either using a poor blend of beans, grinding poorly, not cleaning heads before reusing or excessive heat/run time causing coffee to burn. Honestly, you're better off getting a coffee from the 7/11 down the road - cheaper and much nicer.

Have to say this was the worst coffee experience that we have had for a long time. Presented a voucher for a toastie and free coffee, only to be told that the toaster was turned off because they were closing in an hours time! Then turned her back on us as we tried to order coffee. When the coffee was ready, it was dumped on the counter and we had to go and get it even though there were at least 3 girls doing nothing.

They were not busy, they got my order wrong twice, lady snapped at me. Bloke is always moody. The muffin was delicious. My coffee not so much.Not good for the franchise name.

These guys are lucky they have good coffee and plenty of tables, as their food isn't the best. Bacon and zucchini alice was tasteless and there was no salt on any tables that I could see. Wraps are very very hard and again, missing seasoning. The counter service from the gentleman (owner?) was rushed and not ride but not friendly, would be great to see a smile.

Worst coffee I've ever had. Taste like dirty dish wash water. The service wasn't friendly at all, which can be forgiven if the coffee is worth it... it wasn't. Definitely won't be back
