Poor customer service... the ladies were sitting at their computers browsing and checking personal emails, but made no effort to approach the potential customers to help or provide advice. Finally, when we asked a question to the sales-lady who was simply walking by, she answered just the question and no more. No options, pros or cons or additional information offered! Totally indifferent and oblivious to the presence of customers around the store!Go have a look at a place like Bunnings or ServiceNSW or AusPost to understand what customer service should be like.This review will also be posted to Reece's head-office/management.

Would give them a zero if i could, very very poor communcation. Do not order anything in and expect them to provide you updates. Bunnings provide better customer service and updates. Expect more from a premium provider !

I came into this branch with no idea where to start and came out feeling like WOW that was so easy. The staff were welcoming and offered coffee or water. The gentleman who served us asked if we had plans and would we like to visualize how the products could look in our space, We were open to this and he spent an hour helping us do bathroom planner for 5 bathrooms I am telling you when you have no idea and can be shown how it could look and in 3d amazing. We also were able to get the look we were after while still keeping within the allowed spend my wife and I set out from the start.Many thanks to the Matt for helping me and my wife find what we needed with minimum stress.

Disgusting Customer service - There really needs to be a Zero" star option

Go here and ask for Stefanie. We renovated our kitchen and bathroom and Stefanie was outstanding. As a first time renovator I was indecisive and unsure but Stefanie showed me all my options, recommended similar products to what I liked that were not in store but could be ordered and offered alternatives to fit in with our budget. Genuinely friendly, helpful, amazing customer service.
