The customer service is horrible.... I don't understand how they are still open especially considering the amount of 1 star comments they have received.One of the workers Lauern was so unprofessional, rude and she was on her phone the whole time not assisting any customers. This happens pretty much every single time I visit so I took a note of her name.Ladies please visit other stores. Don't waste your time here

The lady that helped us was polite and efficient. The store is small, but well presented. The only thing was one time we walked in and there were an overpowering amount of perfume in the air. We are allergic to perfume, so had to leave quickly. But otherwise, a good store.

Lauren was so amazing delivery customer service. I rang various Mimco stores looking for a particular pair of shoes and she was the only person that offered to locate them from another store for me to pick up at Penrith.She went out of her way to accommodate me. Valuable assest to Mimco. Exceptional customer service. Hard to find these days.Lauren your a gem.

Where do i begin.. so unhappy with the customer service unbeleivable how i was looked down upon. I wanted to exchange a bag for a more expensive bag so instead of being helpful with a smile she said I cannot help you with this" you cannot pay the difference etc" then at the end of saying she cannot help me then suggests i refund my bag through afterpay and purchase the new bag back on afterpay.. my suggestion here is maybe suggest the positive before the negative comments. Then as we were trying on bags in the only mirror in the store which was stuck on the staff room door the employee came in and out of the room 3 times
