The doctor I see here is great but I feel the management of the bookings are handled poorly. The actual time you get in to see your doctor is usually 45 minutes to over an hour after your scheduled time.If you ask nicely the reception can give you a call when the person before you goes in but such requests shouldn't be necessary...

Dr Penwarn has to be one of the best doctors on the Gold Coast. He has a great professional manner, extensive knowledge and is extremely personable. He has literally saved my life with a diagnosis he made.
