I have had the pleasure of seeing Mandy on several occasions - each time she has been caring and supportive. My first sound bowl healing and bodywork session was amazing. It was rejuvenating and restorative. I felt my whole body come into alignment and completely relax. I will definitely be booking another magical healing session with Mandy.

I had the AMAZING experience of taking class with Mandy while staying on Namotu island in Fiji and I can’t say enough good things about it! One of Mandy’s strengths is curating a full experience within her classes by using relaxing sounds and smells. After each practice I felt fully relaxed and calm. Mandy takes great care to keep everyone safe and protect against injury or strain in her classes while still getting a good stretch in. This is such a refreshing approach and helped me recover from many surfing adventures. Thanks Mandy for a great experience!

My sister gifted me a private yoga session and sound healing massage at my house (amazing gift right?!) and it was my first time doing anything like that. Mandy made me feel so comfortable and I absolutely loved the experience. Mandy's yoga classes around town also rule! Definitely recommend.

Mandy is an excellent yoga instructor. Now I am a VERY inflexible person and whilst I have done some yoga before, I have always struggled to just get into the basic positions that others seem to just flow straight into, which can be off-putting, given that I am the person who actually needs it the most. I have to say that one of Mandy's absolute strengths is her ability to communicate and explain things really well, sometimes in non-yoga terms for the flexibly challenged"

I was lucky enough to be around Exmouth where I could experience an incredible massage and sound bowl healing session with Mandy. I remember that my body really started to shift its energy and letting go of the pain I held from overworking /wrong posture etc. She is very intuitive ... would definitely recommend it to anyone and do it again. thanks Mandy :-)

For a first time participate, I was amazed at how easily Mandy instructed the class and how her embracing encouraging enhanced the yoga experience! I can honestly say that under Mandy's guidance, I felt engaged with the earth andmy spirit was uplifted through her guidance. Amazing! 5 Stars all day, every day!

Mandy's Yoga classes are highly recommended her teaching style is well planned and gracious. I loved the location with beautiful ocean views aswell. All flowed really well and my back felt wonderfully stretched afterwards it was a lovely class. Thanks Mandy xx
