Newcastle Lease Cleaning

I engaged Newcastle Lease Cleaning to clean my rental property after vacating. The clean was completed but the Real Estate identified several items which were not satisfactory. Trying to get Newcastle Lease Cleaning back to the property to complete the job which i had already paid them for was an absolute punish and they never went back to complete the job. I ended up getting stung with a big deduction on my bond because they were too lazy to return to the property.

Don't waste your time with this business. They are highly unprofessional and have terrible communication with their customers.The cleaner Matt was booked for an end of lease clean at 9am, and when I rang at 9.30am (after no contact from the company) I was informed he would be a few hours". When he finally did show up it was with a canvas bag of cleaning products

We used this company when we moved out of our rental in July 2020. First day, no show. Second day issues with staff not turning up on time,not finished and therefore we had to pay additional rent due to the company’s poor service. When speaking with the real estate they too in an emergency had to use the same company with equally poor results.Management seemed disinterested in the circumstances of tenant and weren’t fazed with staff not showing up and customer having to outlay additional costs due to their shoddy service

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Not only did they change the quote upon arrival, but they claim the house was in bad condition. We have several people who can vouch for the cleanliness of the house prior to the cleaners arriving.Similarly, the person who answers the emails lacks the customer service skills to be in the position. I would not recommend this service to anyone

The absolute worst service I have used in a long time.We booked Newcastle Lease Cleaning for our end-of-lease clean about 1 month ahead of the date and the initial communication was poor, however I booked anyway.On the day before the clean I was called to say they had 'double booked' and would have to move the clean. I agreed as long as it was done before the end of lease date. I was then called the morning of to say that it could be done and that 'Matt' would be coming in half an hour.About an hour after this, another call to say that Matt had gone to the wrong address (which i'd previously re-confirmed via email), and wouldn't be able to do it after all.We were left without a clean, with 2 days left of our lease. And with an absolute lack of apology or attempt to make up for this. Glenn is rude, unprofessional, and I was HIGHLY suggest booking elsewhere.Edit: In response to the condescending reply from Glenn, I confirmed the correct address via email 3 weeks prior. I am suprised this 'business' is still in operation. We did find a fantastic service- LEASE CLEAN NEWCASTLE (don't confuse the two), who I would highly reccomend.

If i could give a 0 star review, I would. These guys rocked up late in the day and then left after 30 mins. Came back the next day and finished the clean. The clean was something I could have done in about 2 hours. When you get charged over $150 per hour for cleaning, it's pretty ridiculous. Stay away

I feel like moving houses is one of the most stressful things you can do - if you want to add to this stress I would highly recommend this company.Not only did they not show up for the organised cleaning date, they didn't show up at all. After screening one of my calls they said they had already cleaned the house.....which was clearly not the case.Read the other reviews and decide for yourself - how they are still a functioning business confuses me...

Don’t bother – find another supplierI requested an end of lease clean for 16/12 via email on 29/11. When I did not receive an email back I followed up via text to Glenn on 4/12. He confirmed the booking via text and said he would get back to me soon.I followed up again on Wednesday 11/12 and he advised he would be in touch the next day with start time. He didn’t.I was busy moving and didn’t follow up until Sunday when he asked if he could shift the clean to the day after the requested booking date as he had another urgent job come in. I said no and he again served me the platitude that he would get back to me ASAP with a start time.It was at this stage I cancelled the job having absolutely no faith in him delivering the service.I usually would not have gone back and forth so long without firm confirmation of start time but we had previously used this business with no issue. Obviously something has gone wrong with the business since and this review and the others are testament to that.He will likely respond with something along the lines of he was ‘simply waiting for start time from the cleaner’ as per his text back when I cancelled. It was 7.30pm the night prior and he had just tried to bump me for another job.. he hadn’t organised anything and was obviously scrambling to book someone.I ended up cleaning the place myself. Save yourself the hassle and book a reliable supplier.

had my 4 bedroom house cleaned. the end result was really good, received my bond $ back as real estate was happy. would use them again. 5 stars.

Really good job cleaning my 3 bedroom house. Everyone i spoke to was friendly and there were no problems from the rental inspection. i got my bond back with no issue. great job :)
