Ordered a pink hug in a jug, received a bouquet (see photo) that looked nothing like the photos on Instagram (see photo). When I called to enquire there was zero understanding and just a response of “well what do you want me to do about it”. Later found out that they had ran out of the jugs. I requested a partial refund (about 30%) as they weren’t offering anything but a ‘sorry’. I also received a call with a very hostile person on the other end who was defensive and not very nice as they took my complaint the wrong way. If the owners read this: hostility and lack of understanding from a customers viewpoint will never get you anywhere. Take a look at what you’re providing as a service and ask yourself if you can meet that, if you can’t then that’s on you.

I ordered a baby hug in a jug for my mum (who was in hospital) on a saturday. I didn't realise there are no deliveries of the weekend. The hospital kept changing what day mum was coming home and I was worried it would be delivered once she had left. It just so happend that was going to be the case. Cate very kindly had them delivered to her home address at no extra charge. She was very kind and patient with me when I'm sure I was a pain. Sorry! The arrangement was beautiful. Thanks for your kindness and understanding and of course the beautiful arrangement! Xo

Neva did our flowers for our wedding, and she nailed them! So perfect. They were a surprise to me as I said she could make them however she liked in my colors! And boy did she deliver perfection. Absolute master and highly recommend going here for bridal flowers. Thank you Neva

My grandparents organised for flowers to be sent to me at the hospital and the flower arrangement I received was absolutely amazing! One of the most beautiful arrangements I have seen and am so happy with them. Thank you so much to Seed & Bloom for going to the effort to deliver to the hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic and making my day. :)

Been here a few times for flowers since moving to Wang and have been really happy with them!

$100 for a Hug in a Jug (delivered).Was told they were $50 for the large so I asked to increase it to $100 incl delivery so that my father in hospital would have a magnificent arrangement delivered.It was small and orchids (only expensive flowers in the arrangement) were brown. Felt like he got just leftover flowers from floor stock.I asked for a another arrangement to be delivered but was told no - and offered $20. I get mistakes happen but the rude response and no apology or even an acknowledgement that something had gone awry implies that they have been caught out trying to get away with ripping off a customer. Phone orders to hospitals rarely get seen by the person who ordered.Very disappointing given their proximity to the hospital.This is TWICE the size of their standard Hug in a Jug apparently.Maybe it should be called Hug in a Jug for a MUG.

Seed and Bloom have helped me execute a wee surprise for a loved one! I've ordered from Melbourne and had called to get some info on flowers and delivery. I went away and put the order in hours later but forgot to add the correct date! Molly remembered our earlier conversation so called me straight away to confirm the date, which saved the day! I'm always impressed with flowers ordered from Seed & Bloom - I have complete faith that Cate will design the perfect arrangement based on my collection of obscure instructions and she never fails to deliver. She created a beautiful long-lasting pink and white arrangement to memorialise a very special cat and I'm thrilled with how it turned out. Highly highly recommended.
