If I could give a negative score of minus 1000 I would. A family owned business of ruthless, unethical and unprofessional people. Their business is well known to the Building and ethics committee due to the number of complaints and 2 high profile court cases against them. Jack (father and owner) and his sons will threaten you if you try to speak out. Their sub contractors are terrified of the owners and no one complains. All of the mistakes and building errors were fixed and then charged to me. SPASA the Board of Ethics for Pools and Spa are aware of their bad reputation but can do nothing. Look at their reviews, look at the court documents, look at how many people have taken them through small claims court. DO NOT USE THEM. They dug the pool in the wrong location, they built a step to the wrong height and we were charged. Their fine print in their contract specifically stated they can make decisions on your pool without consulting or agreement from the client. WARNING - do not use them!!!!!

So far so good. Majestic Pools just completed building our swimming pool today with handover now completed. I would like to specifically call out that their knowledge on design and construction is second to none. It is thanks to their knowledge, patience, and quality that we chose to build with them over other quotes we had received. I have thoroughly enjoyed the hassle free experience and highly recommend them.

Dodgy 4K waterfall very dangerous and rock have come away from concrete,the contractors that they use don’t care at all .....also I had them out to fix my tiles which were not level ....then they charged me for it ,unhappy Mt Crosby resident
