I contacted James regarding a job in Bayswater, providing him with multiple photos so he can estimate the cost. He replied with a quote, and said he can do the job in the week after quoting, or in the same week, if he has a cancellation. I confirmed, and I waited to hear from him. After a couple of days, I messaged James again and asked him to contact me so we can schedule the job for a specific day, when he knows he will be available - or to let me know if he no longer wants to do it. I have been waiting for his reply for over week now - and no response.As he told me he will do the job, I didn't seek alternative quotes - and now, two weeks has passed and my job is still not done. I couldn't recommend this person to others, as he has proven to be unreliable, and has wasted my time.

James is professional and efficient, i have used his services a number of times over the years no job has seemed to be an issue for him big or small, I am sure I will using him in years to come.

James has helped me with many different jobs large & small over the last few years when. I have been renovating my home.He comes up with some good ideas that save me money. He has performed carpentry, roof, bathroom & many other tasks. Always polite & friendly plus always advises if he is delayed.I can thourally recommend James & his work.
