Burwood Station

Well lit clean station.

Burwood needs a concourse at the Eastern end. Funneling all the passengers down narrow stairs at the Western end to congregate on crowded street corners on Burwood Rd is ridiculous. They used to have entrances at the Eastern end but filled them in. Now we have 5 times as many people. 16th busiest station in Sydney.

Platform 6 needs a few pews for old folksOr a couple of leaning rails at the least.

More accessible needed and staff very helpful to assist you but entrance into station to find elevator was cramped for wheelchair ♿

Was clean enough and the gates worked.This train station was easy to navigate through. There is a counter to purchase fare cards and it's open daily. We preferred this over purchasing the tickets at a kiosk machine. average station better off going strathfield and travelling wherever you need to from there as it surely would be quicker

Small Station . But greatly managed facility....hoping for more advancement.

Busy and bustling. Always people running for trains. Kept very clean. One of Sydney's finest.

Love catching the train - such a fun experience. Variety of trains that can take you to almost anywhere so quickly.
