Absolutely wonderful service, customer support was wonderful and they took amazing care of our departed angel. There was a slight mistake with the engraving of the plaque but the director quickly and professionally addressed the issue and took great care of us. Highly recommend.

I have had a Sulphur Crested Cockatoo in in my life for the past 42 years. Her name is Molly and recently she passed away quite suddenly..The loss of her was so profound as she was a friend not only to me and my family, but lots of others as well. My children grew up with her and she always greeted everyone with a Hello..When the suggestion was made to have her cremated I knew it was what I not only wanted, but needed..The staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble..Although I miss her terribly, having her returned to me was a real blessing..I can’t thank you all enough for your kindness and compassion..
