Great company to work for. Very supportive office staff and I would recommend anyone who wants to work for a quality company to get involved.

Direct Care Australia is an amazing company to work for. When a company has staff that have worked for over 20 years, you know they must be doing something right.The ladies in the office are highly efficient and work well as a team. I can truely say DCA is one of the best organisations I have worked for. Their core values as a company are not just spoken words. I feel blessed to be part of a wonderful organisation.

My carers are great , they always do what is required. I have no complaints at all with my carers. I would've given Direct Care 5 stars except some of their cancelling polices during Covid.

I was fortunate to be employed by Direct Care Australia mid COVID in the office.I came from a travel industry background, and found my skills very transferable.It's refreshing after working for myself, to work on a space where the Ops Manager says Thank you if you are seen at the end of the work day. We all greet each other in the mornings, and say goodbye at the end of the work day as well.I am grateful to the team in the office, the team out in the field that work with our clients, and of course our clients, who are why we go to work every day. I have worked within the community as a personal carer with other companies. I have found that Direct Care really look after their staff as well as clients. Best company I have ever worked for and will continue working with them. Great office and wonderful staff all round

If 10 ex employees have the same issue with you, then you should look inside your self and find out why ? It has taken years to gain this confidence and speak out. Even if it will take 10 years, you will be found out. You can't hide natural negative attitude forever.

We so appreciate you and your staff devotion and attention to detail, even when expectations are challenging with rosters, sickness etc. Honestly, we never could have both living at home without your outstanding and cheerful support.Teresa, we hold you and your team in such high regard. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Look at the way direct care have responded to some of these negative reviews. It’s a massive reflection of how they treated their staff. To the ‘staff member’ who is questioning the validity of every negative review, would be happy to name names if that’s what you would like for proof. But instead how about you guys just take the negative reviews professionally instead of defensively and try to better from them. It might save you a lot of staff and a lot of further negative reviews. Start with talking and treating your staff members with respect and kindness.
