Great local practice with some bulk billing doctors. Dr Samina in particular is very attentive and knowledgeable. Mostly runs on time despite being very busy. Nursing staff were very gentle and caring with my baby. Reception staff are also always nice despite being busy.

The ability to book online was fantastic, the doctor was excellent and identified a skin cancer quickly and took action. The only negative was the receptionist who was rude to me and others in the line before and after me. She must have been having a bad day but no need to take it out on people who want to see a doctor and not suffer from her impoliteness. Not everyone knows the rules of the various medical cards, concessions, procedures of the practice - just be patient and remember that they are probably having a worse day. Well done to the efficient doctors.

I had a terrific experience at this practice. Booked in using the app, doctor saw me right on time. He was great, I just went in for an updated script but he gave me a quick check over and was done. I did not feel rushed but he was very thorough and efficient.

If i could give 0 stars I 100% would be. Like others I have experienced the nasty receptionist. I was wrongly informed Ultrasounds were performed here. Had the receptionist just told me at the start instead of going round in circles in conversation trying to embarrass me they conversation could have been done in 10 seconds. RUDE and to think they are meant to assist people when they are sick and foggy in the head and just looking for assistance. Won't be interacting with them again. Do not bother going here unless you enjoy being humiliated.

Horrible experience.I recently had an appointment with Dr. Sengordon Ramachandra, and I must say that it was an incredibly disappointing and disheartening experience. I feel compelled to share my encounter to warn others about the unprofessionalism and lack of empathy I encountered during my visit.I suffer from eczema on my face and have been using a specific cream for the past seven years, which has provided some relief. Upon explaining my condition and treatment history to Dr. Ramachandra, I was shocked by his response. He informed me that he couldn't provide the prescription under the PBS scheme, despite my eligibility and previous access to it with other doctors. Instead, he insisted on treating my prescription as a regular one, without considering my financial constraints.To my disbelief, Dr. Ramachandra expressed concern about the government monitoring his account if he issued a PBS prescription. This raised questions about his priorities, as he seemed more focused on avoiding potential consequences than addressing my legitimate health concerns. I tried to clarify that I hold a valid health care card and am entitled to the PBS scheme, but he dismissed my comments and stated that it was either a regular prescription or no prescription at all. His attitude was not only unprofessional but also displayed a complete lack of regard for patient well-being.I find it deeply unsettling that a doctor would prioritize his own interests over providing necessary and accessible care. Eczema is a common condition, and obtaining a face cream prescription should not be a complicated matter. Dr. Ramachandra's dismissive and callous behavior left me feeling unheard and disrespected.I urge anyone considering visiting Dr. Ramachandra to think twice. His lack of compassion, professionalism, and patient-centered care is appalling. It is crucial that healthcare providers prioritize their patients' needs and act with empathy and integrity.I hope that my review serves as a warning to others and prompts Dr. Ramachandra to reevaluate his approach to patient care. No one should have to endure such a distressing encounter, especially when seeking medical assistance.

I found the reception staff to be very helpful, Maria was helpful and knew who to refer me to when I needed help. Amelia was sensational at helping with edit and managing the google on the spot there when I was stuck. I found her to be friendly cheerful, and professional with her skills with directing me with her knowledge. Why professional? because when I got off the phone and looked around for where I signed in, I could remember easily her instructions and put it into practice. It worked successfully. Thankyou Amelia!

I have been coming here for many years and always found the staff to be friendly and professional. Yes they are often busy - but always polite - and the high volume of patients is because they have such high quality GPs. Dr Sharmin in particular is an extremely caring, knowledgable and professional doctor who I highly recommend to people of walks of life!

The office staff are always ready to help and will assist and accommodate my needs when I ask.The doctors are knowledgeable and are effective communicators.I am happy to recommend this centre to my friends and acquaintances.They all do an excellent job.

I have been coming here for 5+ years. The staff are helpful, friendly, and, patient despite the busy nature of their work. The doctors I have been seen by have all been great for any number of ailments. They also have a pathology unit which comes in handy.

Been going for over 20 years. Always please with Doctors and staff. Attentive, caring and efficient. many staff members still there after 20 years tells you something about Dr Peponis' practice
