I had to get advice and make a purchase from the tech area in the store. Just to the left as you enter the store. Sadly the older bloke who looked like the manager seemed more interested in the young lady working there than my $250 purchase. I would not go back.

What a great experience was shopping at Harvey Norman McGraths. I made an inquiry on the phone and they price matched the product for me and when I got there everything was ready for me to collect my product. Staff at computer section were extremely patient with my questions and helped me with my purchase professionally.

A very helpful staff member directed me to the item I wanted to buy.Bought a new fridge yesterday.The staff were wise enough to leave us alone while we made our own choice.

I have been shopping at this store for years, everything from washing machines to freezers, coffee machines, ipads, clothes dryers and furniture. I have never had a problem with customer service or the help that I have required to understand the working of the appliances. It’s my go to store when looking for goods.

Sunday 5 Feb, I had difficulties getting my photos done in an efficient way as the app did not connect my phone to the kiosk. I was being forced to sit for ages while the USB method found over 10,000 photos saved throughout my phone. Arduous time waste. Josh came to my rescue and very cleverly and kindly assisted me. It was a complicated process that required his Gen Y/Z know-how, for which I was very grateful. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Josh.

Will forever go to this store for all my future home needs. Jeremy from the tech department was fantastic from the get-go with helping us buy a TV. He was so knowledgeable and so helpful and informative in showing us the differences and features we otherwise would have no clue about! We are super happy with what we picked. Then he helped us pick out an awesome sound bar! He went above and beyond for us, even helping us by running to the warehouse and helping us pack the tv after hours and even loaning us a Ute strap! 10/10 would recommend seeing him if you’re in the market for anything tech related! Shout out to Trent from the warehouse who also stayed late to make sure we went home that night with our goods! Greatest team! Also shout out to Elly in the bed department who helped us pick out a mattress and pillows! Super great experience at this store!

I cannot praise this store enough. Particularly Rebecca, Lisa and Tanya. What an amazing group of women who know how to look after you and genuinely care. I had a big project of kitchen, laundry and butlers pantry. They helped me every step of the way. I love these girls so much. They put up with my crazy during the renovation. Ended up getting everything from them. Why wouldn't I? It was easy, price point competitive and nothing was a problem. Thank you thank you so much.

Recently bought a TV from sales man named Roy at the store. We had a problem with the TV not working at delivery. I called Roy and he took full ownership of the issue and ensured that I got my replacement asap. With in 3 days. It’s when a problem happens that you learn the true customer service. The first phone call to him he stated.” You are our customer and we will take care of you” a very comforting statement and that’s what he exactly did along with a his manager Andrew. A big shoutout to him as well.Thanks guys.
