Excellent services for advices and support from Kai.I came in the shop 30mins before the shop was about to close. I wanna buy some water proof pants and jacket but have no clue where to find them and how to choose the right item. Kai approach to me and offered his help.Kai listened to my situation and patiently give me some advices and guidance base on my needs. He wasn't just want to sell me stuff, but match the suitability of my purpose of use and price range.I write a review because Kai presented an excellent customer service and performed an outstanding sales support to help me getting what suitable to my need!I will come back to this store for this person! Good job!

Product and pricing is great but customer service non existent. No phone numbers and email follow up is limited and when they do follow up, they dont answer your basic question and point you to a web site without giving you an answer.In hindsight, better to pay more and deal with a company that truly understands e-commerce.

Placed an online order on 21/04/2023. Between 21/04/2023 and 25/05/2023, I attempt to communicate with the online representatives including Sam, Ron and Bella. After 34 days of waiting, I was able to receive 2 items out of 5 items I ordered. The rest was refunded for them not having the items in stock. After 34 days of waiting, they conveniently informed me that they would refund me.Cons:- After 34 days of waiting, they informed me that they do not have the item I ordered in stock.- My patience is wasted.- The online enquiry takes around 3 days. The reply does not have any substance other than asking you to be patient, and the usual excuses.- 5 items ordered and 2 items came.- Giving you false hope.Pros:- At least they partially refund the item and apologise.Would I use the online decathlon again? I suggest staying away.

The best customer service i came across with!Morrabbin staff! Ben (the Freddie Mercury looking guy) is legend! And the other manager (tents department), and the other guy who is really smart about kayaks or pretends to be haha - all, every one of those and others (cos i shop there all the time!) are absolutely beautiful people! It has good collection and reasonable price. I find it has better options than DFO especially for kids sports related like shoes. For women swimming not many options. There are always offers on different items.

Wanted to highlight how fantastic their staff is, particularly Kai who made our first foray into Camping a breeze. He patiently stepped through all our options, gave recommendations and advice. Thank you again for all your help Kai. An 11/10 experience!

Kai provided wonderful service; kind, friendly and very approachable. Helped with getting me my ideal hiking shoe.

After going there several times, they never have my size (XL/2XL) in anything, the way they stock is very weird, plenty of XS and S but the few XL items go very fast then they don't re-stock. So I stopped going there, there is no point.
