I have experienced many gyms over the years. Proraw Gym comes out at the top due to its cleanliness, well equipped and maintained gym, courtesies friendly staff and gym members who have respectful attitude to fellow members while training.

Outstanding gym, equipment is top notch and plentiful with a great membership clientele to boot. Great gym for all experience levels, particularly if you want to improve your knowledge of resistance training. While it's one of the most impressively stocked gyms i've ever seen, more importantly everyone is friendly and respectful. There are a few things that play a big part in making up a successful gym. I find that these can not only help keep you around as a member for longer; but also provide the motivation you may need for your next workout.Having been to some poor gym's in the past, I find that if you don't want to be there, it's easier just not to go. Which in the long run, defeats your goals.In a nutshell, what makes a successful gym:1. Cleanliness.2. State of its equipments.3. Staff.4. Gym Culture.I've been a member at a few gyms across Melbourne and personally I would regard Proraw as the only gym that's not only achieved all these measures at a high level but they are very consistent in ensuring its always kept at the high level.Credit to the team who've achieved a strong culture and fantastic reputation for many years.

Proraw is truly a cut above the rest. As someone who had minimal prior experience in a commercial gym, the difference in culture and values is palpable. There's always a friendly face around to say hey, and everyone is just so welcoming and accommodating, even to the newer faces. And they have not just one, but TWO glute drive machines! Wonderful gym for powerlifting - the access to quality equipment, spotless environment and a friendly supportive community is unparalleled. Best place to overcome the gym anxiety I had before!

If you’re serious about lifting and getting fit, this is your place. Top of the line equipment and very knowledgeable. The manager Sam was great to deal with and the Physio sorted my back in 1-2 sessions. Never had a drama since. Highly recommend
