We find Acumentis to be extremely professional, responsive and friendly. Their insurance valuations and capital maintenance reports are thorough and contain all the information we require to ensure our strata developments are properly insured, and that our budgets for future capital maintenance of the common property are accurate.

Very unhelpful my ex wife engaged them for a land acquisition valuation which is paid for by government funding and as I am also the owner of this land they should have at least contacted me so I called them and was told since my ex engaged them I do not get a copy of the report and they would have the valuer call me which was over a week ago and have still heard nothing. Now in hands of lawyer I had no problem with them doing the valuation I just wanted to be kept in the loop.

Took some time for a quote to get back to me, I sent emails they did not respond, then I had to follow up, they did not answer their phone the first time. Then I rang again spoke to someone to discuss the quote as they did a very brief quote and did not understand the scope of the work.They are working from home" I was told due to COVID-19 they are in Tasmania
