Good variety and can usually grab a bargain, the staff ok. My negative is often get to checkout with a marked down item but it hasn't been priced and find I have played full price.

A rude encounter with sales lady in the blinds/curtains area when I was there with my daughter today. She was obviously not enjoying her day and was negative, unhelpful and made us feel rather uncomfortable! Then to top it off when she told us they closed 4pm and she wanted to go home! Sorry, Kerry but customer service is not your strength!

Called prior to have something put aside for me, the poor girl seemed a little lost and didn't know where my things had been placed. We did end up finding them and she was very lovely throughout the process. Absolutely love this store, a real personal favorite

The staff are very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful and friendly.The air-conditioning was exquisite on the hot days of summer, and you can browse all of the wonderful home and craft wares at your leisure.

Zero customer service. Even the manager that should definitely not be a manager (Briana). She was terribly rude and maybe unhappy in her life. Feels like no one knows anything about what their selling in this shop! Even cheapest shop have better knowledge. You’ll get better answer on google than going there actually. I truely believe that they should hire better people and be more customers focus.
