Plush Caringbah

Terrible experience all round. Lounge took 16 weeks to arrive instead of 8, with no personal contact from Plush. Lounge itself is poor quality. We paid a significant amount of extra money for fabric protection which wasn't applied. The so called warranty associated with this package is administered by a 3rd party contractor, who plush have no control over. This contractor insisted on being paid in cash on the day to clean and reapply protection, so much for the warranty! Plush customer service has been really poor, no phone calls returned, no follow up on promises, etc. Lounge looks like it's already 5+ years old, despite being only 8 months old. I went as far as going into store to talk to staff there about the problem in person, as opposed to the customer care centre, and they had no interest whatsoever in assisting. Paid a big premium for absolute garbage, never again!! Wish we had stuck with Harvey Norman, Freedom Furniture or the like.

The staff at Plush Caringbah are very friendly and professional. Many thanks to Layal for my original purchase and to Vicki who assisted when I needed to increase my original order. Both staff members were extremely helpful and understanding when I needed to amend the order.My new Santa Monica Petite modular lounge in Drift Natural with a low oak leg, not only arrived on time but looks fantastic in it's new home.The seat cushions are comfortable, however I find that the back cushions are a little too plump at the moment (a little less foam and more feathers would have been preferred). I am sure over time they will become more comfortable, and have a similar feel to the display model in the showroom.

Our sales assistant Chris is one of those people that can’t help you enough. He went out of his way to help us with information and assistance, without any pressure. Thanks Chris.The lounge we ended up buying was high quality at a reasonable price.

We purchased a new modular sofa from the caringbah store just before Christmas and the service we got was beyond excellent from Masato the store manager and all sales staff we spoke to. After looking for a few months we decided on Plush and couldn't be happier with the choices we had.

Good experience at Plush Caringbah today. Staff member Simon was super helpful without being pushy. If I buy from Plush, I'll be back to see him.

I must have been into Plush Caringbah five times with my family before we made a decision to buy the Malibou lounge. Salesman Ryan was by far the most professional after having visited so many other stores.He was very positive, pleasant & authentic without being pushy! Honestly he helped me make the right decision due to his product knowledge! The staff were really friendly too. Plush Caringbah 10/10!
