I am a sufferer of colitis (severe), and when I presented my can’t wait card to use the toilet, I was rudely refused by a female staff member. Not only was I embarrassed I was humiliated in front of other customers.

Great friendly and professional pharmacy. It is a local business where the pharmacist actually knows both my name and medical needs. The dispensing is much faster and done with much more care than the big impersonal chemist shops.
