Bob Jane Port Kennedy.Can't fault their service at all. Took a rim and tyre in for repair right on closing time. The lads aired it up and found a small crack in the rim.Took one of my spare rims in the next day and they stripped and remounted it to the good tyre.Then they charged me nothing for it !Fourth or fifth time I've been in there in the last 10 years, always good service and straight advice.

Bob Jane T Mart in Port Kennedy has a very professional set up. Fully air conditioned premises, a well displayed show room, a spacious separate customer seating area with a modern cappuccino machine, refrigerated complimentary drinks (water, fizzy cans), and entertainment. I wanted a set of new alloy wheels fitted to my car, the pricing was good, fitment was fast and overall service and experience excellent. They emailed me a copy of my invoice as well for my records.Update, I have installed two new sets of tyres in the last 12 months on the Bob jane T Mart buy three and get one free, this is a seriously good deal, and the tyres are top quality. Bridgestone Potenzas.

I booked on for a wheel balance, 10 minutes after I dropped my car off, they called to let me know I needed to pick my car up because they didn't want to balance the wheels as my tires are 6 years old although they balanced them last year. 2 minutes after leaving, on my way home, my car is now not drivable and needed a tow truck home. I called them straight away to let them know but they didn't want much to do with it. Definitely won't be returning in the future, don't recommend them at all.

Went to get a rotation/alignment only to be greeted at the car with a the boys won't touch these tyres" hard sell to buy new tyres. Photos attached are front and rear. Unroadworthy standards must be set extremely high these days! Ex-customer."

Helped with a difficult fitment on a new model car purchased rims and tyres. Was Quoted $90 dollars more per rim at another so called discount tyre place, so will be going back next time to Port Kennedy Bob Jane

If I could give minus stars I would after spending over 2k on tyres and wheels with then having them wobble from day 1 and them not do anything but sweep the issue under the rug and then when I give honest reviews on their Facebook page they block me from commenting instead of actually solving the issues they created they would rather shut me up stay away from them

Went to get 4x new tyres fitted and balanced, tyres looked good and over all happy with that, however found my master window switch completely broken, and they took no responsibility saying “It was already like that”. Very unhappy as was a $250 repair…

A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERI brought 4 new tyres from Bob Janes Port Kennedy this year and I returned 29/12 with puncture that could not be repaired. They replaced the tyre at no cost and got me back on the road even when they were told to evacuated because of a bush fire. They have wonderful staff and great service. I will definitely be recommending them to family & friends. Thank you.
