This is not a bad review, just an honest one. Don’t bother with these guys. They will attempt to charge for components that won’t fix the problem , they will also attempt to charge for components that they haven’t even installed then lie to you when you challenge them about it. They also install non genuine parts at a cost that’s more expensive than the genuine components. There is a lot better service providers out there that actually know what they are doing.Edit- pikes claim of a derogatory comment is another lie, can’t help yourselves can you? Go ahead keep attempting to rip people off, your customers will find out the hard way I guess

A massive shout out to pikes especially Tyson and Steve who went above and beyond to sort out our septic issues. Their communication and professionalism exceeded our expectations. Nothing was to much trouble for them. They have solved our issues and saved us money. If you want service technicians that care about their customers and go the extra mile then pikes is the company you are after. Highly recommend them.

Pike's Waste Water Services
I have recently changed to using Nathan and the Pikes Waste Water Services team for our quarterly services of of our treatment plant. Not only did he take the time to listen to my concerns I had regarding the system, he dropped by and serviced the system the same afternoon. The friendliness, the communication, the prompt reaction and the devotion to customer service is second to none. I have no issues in recommending Nathan and his team for all your waste water servicing needs. Wish I had changed years ago!

Our Septic Treatment System began to fail after we had a severe electrical storm.We contacted Pikes Waste Water Services and advise them that out system had failed.Later that same day, a technician (Tyson) arrived and diagnosed the problem, He temporarily enabled the system for us to use.The next day Tyson arrived at 7.30am, he installed new parts and had our system running correctly.This company is very customer oriented and stock a variety of parts for repairs to suit the systems that they service.Very happy with the service provided.Kevin

The team at Pikes is so helpful with any question and concerns you may have on your system. The are professional and organise the service of your system in to standard and communicate well anytime required. They will go out over and beyond to ensure your looked after. I use them for both my own and rental property and appreciate the detailed reports they do especially on the rental as we don’t live onsite so gives me more peace of mind the services are carried out correctly and issues are promptly reported.

Kelly was amazing on the phone and tried to talk me through what the problem was even though I wasn't a pre existing customer. It was a complicated problem and Nathan came out, helped me understand my system and found a solution.Will definitely be using Pike's in the future.. I recently had the unfortunate experience of a failed septic system and after a lot of research settled on Pike’s to install a new wastewater treatment system. Nathan, Kellie and Tyson were all fantastic, from the quote/planning stage, to coordinating council approval and on to the installation of the new system. They were all so professional and helpful and answered all of my queries quickly and made a stressful situation easy and hassle free. Thank you all so much! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pike’s to anyone looking to upgrade their system!
