The service was really terrible. I paid $70 for this and the nails are not even or straight. I do not recommend this place.I’m not happy with the result. They couldn’t focus and do my nails properly as they were really busy.

They want our money but dunno how to treat people right. Give you cuts, speak in their language & rude . No wonder you have low rating . Stay humble & learn treating your customers right

Worst place In Dandenong, staff is really unprofessional and rude, they talk and gossip in their native language which is disrespectful, my nails were not done properly they always rush, I got SNS done, nail surface after SNS is bumpy, the girl with short hair is really rude, the moment we ask them to do something they start talking about the charges and cost but what about the service, poor service. We spend like hundreds of dollars but the staff doesn’t do their job properly. Don’t rush, your customer’s satisfaction should be your first priority. Sorry to say but I regret going there wouldn’t go ever again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.Don waste your money at such places.
