I found Sublime about 12/12 ago after a horrendous colour disaster from another Ben salon. I desperately needed colour correction asap , before work the Monday & this was Friday. Other salons would not even try to correct. But Sublime took on this very difficult task. Ben & Callie were kind , very thorough questioning & examining the nightmare on my head. They explained that it would be a process & would even be painful.Ben restored my hair to a reasonable colour, sent me home with xtra treatments to help it's condition & saved my hair...and me ! Have been going to Sublime ever since & can't recommend them highly enough. They have been meticulous throughout covid nightmare & everyday someone positively comments on my hair.

For the most DEVINE experience, I will only go to Sublime Hair Design in Newcastle where Callie and her professional team will meet all your needs and pamper all your desires. I don’t live locally anymore however happily book ahead and travel a fair distance to get my beauty, makeup, products and of course amazing extensions, colour, cut and style. My daughter and I got our hair done for her Year 12 formal in September 2022, along with my husband who Sublime kindly offered to squeeze in for a haircut at the same time. All our hair looked amazing - each of our styles were exactly as we requested and even my husband was happy who usually only ever goes to barbers!As we were short on time (no fault of Sublime), they even allowed us to get dressed in their back room which we were so grateful for.Overall, the staff made us feel so welcome and provided such an amazing service!I cannot recommend these guys more highly!
