The Pancake Parlour
We ordered choc hazelnut crepes, short stack and cottage fries. The crepes were crispy (burnt) and fries were soggy. They’ve 10% surgecharge on weekends and 15% on public holidays. We ended up paying $45 for burnt and soggy food. Very disappointed. 2 stars for the short stack. Not visiting again.

Went for feed at 4pm 28/03, ordered Traditional breakfast and Bavarian Apple, both were delicious, front of house, didn’t get the blokes name but 10/10 for service, checked up on us outside, great service

Came here on one Friday night during dinner time without booking, and we were immediately shown a table. The service was prompt, waiters and waitresses all very attentive with positive attitude. The food was also very nice. Be sure to install and register on their app. The rewards are pretty easy to redeem.

Date/time of visit: 13 June 2022 at 9:15pm (approx)Stopped in for a light meal after a movie. The venue had a good relaxing atmosphere. The food was good. I was a little concerned the crepe had been burnt on the top but it didn't taste like it - just crispy. The food was good and consistent with previous visits over the years (except for the crispy crepe top - don't remember if that's normal). Public holiday surcharge was 15%. Price of the beef mexican crepe and chicken Mexican crepe felt a little high (without the surcharge) - it's an enjoyable meal but the price point just a little high for what it is and what you get. But this is the way with dining out these days and we'll have to be mindful of such costs. Because of the cost factor I've dropped it to 3 stars. Pancake Parlour is good and enjoyable, nothing wrong with the food, staff were friendly and helpful but pricing just a tad high for what it is. I would like to give 4 stars and would have done so sometime ago.

Honestly, quite disappointed in the presentation and quality of the food. With the price, I could go to any local cafe to get better quality and cheaper.But they do have great staff and custom service.Sadly, this Pancake Parlour hasn't got one of those funny music clocks that play every hour. Thought I could bring the kids there to entertain.

A bit hit and miss with food. Great venue and great selection of food, but they need to learn how to cook steak, as it was brought out raw, when ordered medium.They also stuffed up our order and then couldn't replace with the correct meal, as they had short supply of meat, so was stuck eating an entirely different meal and paying full price for it.Will always return to Pancake Parlour, but will stick strictly to the pancake menu only, as they haven't managed to master any other food groups.

Food was good. Ordered Chicken Schnitzel, Barramundi and Cajun Chicken Salad. The Tiramisu was good too. Staff was very attentive and polite. Portion was big and for some items on the menu, there is a entry side (small). This will not be stated on the menu. You can see it on the mobile app of pancake parlour or you cam check with the staff.

The perfect place for late hangouts with friends. It has a nice vibe, friendly staff and good food! Though primarily a pancake place, my favourite dish is the cottage fries (but the pancakes are good too!).

The Pancake Parlour
We took our two poodles for brunch at the Knox City store. Good outdoor area with plenty of wind protection and overhead heaters.Dogs are very welcome in this area.We had the lunch specials for $15.50 each - a limited menu but included Tabriz and the farmers breakfast. Both good sized portions.We added desserts and wine so ended up spending way more than we intended!
