This place was selected by my insurance company to repair the whole right side of my car. What an amazing job they did! It was ready by the date they had given and even though it took 3 weeks it was definitely worth the wait.

I got my hail damaged BMW professionally repaired by the guys at Vic Smash Repairs and they did an amazing job. I got the vehicle checked by BMW and they advised that the repairer had done a great job to restore the vehicle. John has always been more than helpful & professional. They provide excellent customer service as well.

I picked up my car today and am extremely happy with the work that was done - they even cleaned and vacuumed my car inside and out. It now looks brand-new! The staff were friendly and professional, from Gail on reception to John who carried out the work. I’ll be recommending this company to friends and family. Thank you!

Took my Beautiful Platinum Optima KIA for repairs. They have done a fantastic job. Unfortunately my Windscreen was broken whilst in their care. I was most shocked! Spoke with them regarding this and all I can say is they were very Professional in their handling of this issue. Found Friday late Arvo; sorted by Monday 9.30am. That is what I call service. Thanks Andrew, Gale and the Crew from Victorian Smash Repairs. I would recommend this company to anyone. I noticed that most of the Staff were all older. IMOP This made a huge difference. Not that the younger workers are not reliable; it is just I feel more comfortable with older staff as generally they know their stuff!**I will only add this. My phone holder was broken on my return visit and I was not advised of this. Maybe the Smash Repairs did not know as my Windscreen was replaced. Unfortunately this is the worst experience I have encountered in my short 50 years of life.You decide; Was it just bad luck or poor workmanship?' My Car looks fantastic. I recently had my Kia STINGER repaired with Vic Smash Repairs after hitting a concrete bolder at a shopping centre which totally wrecked my front suspension and ruined the front bumper bar. None the less, the first part of the job there was some rectification works to be done as the paint job initially wasn't completed from John's words (which he was disappointed about and furious) as well as a scratch under the front bumper (had car delivered to my home address the first time). I rang John and told him about it all, sent pics in and took the car in for John to run his eye over it. I dropped off the car promptly (next day) for rectification works. John and his team as per reviews did an amazing job, good as gold and just what you'd expect with a new bumper. The colour match amazing (took it for a 2nd opinion to run their eye to another well established business that does high end luxury cars), very happy. Highly recommend VSR, John is a legend and if only every business owner conducted themselves like John! He also paid for the a 2nd opinion for a wheel alignment and suspension check as that is not their forte they take it to a 3rd party, but again everything was fine :) Very happy and thank-you VSR, and to John and the team keep up the great work.

I had the misfortune of needing a panel beater and the luck to be sent to Victorian Smash repairs. John went above and beyond and is genuinely a great person to deal with.

Waited 6 weeks for my car to get into the factory, got told on Monday I’ll be getting it back Friday. Now I called them for them to tell me it’s not ready until next week. That’s a bloody joke. Everyone else who brings their car in dosnt wait 7 days for it to be repaired.
