It seems Hoek Modular Homes don't need new business. I've been trying to get a quote out of them but can't seem to get anyone to get back to me. Was told to make an appointment next time" when I last popped in two weeks ago requesting the quotation "because we are always busy with customers". Have followed up with an email to no avail. Maybe that's why they haven't gotten back to me as yet .... they are still very busy with those customers....."

My wife and I unfortunately burnt our home to the ground on Christmas Eve 2021, the remains needed to be demolished.Our insurance company was fantastic but typically when you mention insurance" to builders up goes the price except in the case of Hoek modular homes

I'm moving into my new Hoek home this weekend. I couldn't be happier with the finished product.The Hoek team couldn't be more professional and were extremely patient when I had queries. Everything was explained clearly during the process. My construction supervisor, Shaun, was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Laura, Lynda, Lana, and Gillian in the office were great. Always available and friendly.I can't recommend Hoek highly enough.

After having a granny flat built by Hoek Homes, there's nothing I would change apart from stressing less! Horror stories about building companies really didn't relate to Hoek at all. The sub-contractors made this 'on-site' build easy to cope with, the foreman really can't be commended highly enough for bringing the project to its completion and making sure the finish was acceptable for all.

Rang these guys to get some advice on the best way forward, options, a quote and view their display homes today and they’re not interested unless it’s a quick turnaround... rude and unhelpful!Don’t go to these guys looking for options or advice because they’re only after a quick buck.

I know the building industry is busy right now but I think that customer service should still be a priority. I called the company to follow up as my email a week earlier had gone unanswered. The person that spoke to me was rude and dismissive, her abrupt tone and long suffering sighs made me not want to continue the conversation. No worries though, I'm happy to spend my money elsewhere, with a company that welcomes my enquiries.
