Pure Salt Rooms

I visiting pure salt room, the atmosphere is so calming and relaxing, the rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. I have been using salt therapy to help with my acne rosacea and its really helping. I notice a big reduction in the inflammation after 1 visit. I like it because it is natural and has no side effects. I was tired of taking prescription medication that wasn't working and had terrible side effects. I would highly recommend giving it a try.

I stumbled across Pure Salt Rooms on the internet and for someone that is really struggling with a chronic cough, I was willing to try anything after clinical input has resulted in no solution. This place is fabulous. I started taking my son (7months) after he got a nasty cough. I wanted to avoid the Dr giving him steroids again. We have been going for 4 weeks now and the improvement is remarkable, after a session last week he brought up all the gunk that was sitting on his chest which was fab and he slept great that night. I booked myself in for a session last week and left feeling totally relaxed. Carolyn is a beautiful person, so warm and welcoming. We continue to have a session for my son once a week and I have decided to treat myself once every couple of weeks too. Teddy being at daycare full time means there are lots of bugs going around so we use this as an immune builder and strengthener to help him through

My 2yr old daughter has been unwell for forever with reoccurring viral infections which flare up her asthma. She is always on antibiotics and steroids and last winter we were in and out of hospital constantly. We took my 4 year old to the Salt rooms for viral infection and a cold and she was just so run down, I honestly believe it has really helped reduce the time of sickness and helped her breath allot better during the nights so she could could get better quality sleep, we will keep up with maintenance appointments from now.Also the kids room is great heaps for her to do and kept her occupied so the time flew!!Carolyn is lovely and very informative which is a big bonus!

Loved the experience!Went in on a whim while visiting the area. My allergies were bad and I had a chest infection. After one session - I left feeling refreshed and a little less congested. I love that it is an all natural therapy and would highly recommend everyone give it a shot - even just to relax for half an hour!
