Artique Built an awesome custom designed 2 storey federation style home on a sloped block in Bayswater for my mother.As a tradesman myself I would definitely use them in the future.Can’t fault the attention to detail and old fashioned service.

I called up Artique homes to get some information for an Artique built display home that I purchased a few years ago. The gentleman, named John, promised to get back to me the same day but I did not hear back from him. I then called him the next day to follow up and as soon as he picked up the phone he was rude and cut the call. I called him back immediately and asked him why he had been rude to me, and he then proceeded to tell me that he thought that I wanted to sell him something. All these assumptions were made without even hearing on the reason for my call. He then went on to tell that he was too busy to speak to me anyway. I was shocked by this extremely poor service. If there was zero star ranking, I’d have given that!
