Guildford Swimming Centre

It would be really good if they fix hot water systems in the toilet which is necessary. Besides this, their chlorine water smell is so strong(no idea about giving more chlorine helps killing bacteria or not).

I recently moved from Camden where we had beautiful clean pools with almost half of the cost compared to Guildford pool. However, I’m not complaining about the cost but the condition of the pool were atrocious and unhygienic, not a place I would want to swim in.You guys really need to upgrade your pool facility because it’s it’s not fair to the customer to pay that amount and swim in such filth, also indoor pool had poor ventilation and all you could smell chlorine and BO which was suffocating.You guys need to close down or improve your facilityThere is no zero star otherwise my rating would be zero

Came to this pool for the first time and the pool was so dirty and the water was so murky in the indoor and outdoor pools. You guys are providing a service and taking peoples money and those swimming conditions are so unhygienic to the public. I know it’s not in the northern beaches or some rich place but have some respect for your local community and provide a proper service this area deserves. We paid money to get in and didn’t even swim even the indoor pool was gross, notified the front the young girl at desk of the pool’s condition and she didn’t really care. Horrible pool and management. Please provide a better service or close your pool down because that’s disgusting.

Indoor pool,old style buildings open throughout the year.Other Council pools at Wentworthville is good but they are outdoors and open only during the summer.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Extremely disrespectful staff. The life guards disrespected and humiliated me in front of my 3 children and other people in the pool.

Good swimming teachers and staff are very responsive. The pool is big enough for classes and lap swimming as well. temperature is will maintained.

Staff are friendly. Pool is clean. Still the same as when i was a kid. There is no longer a canteen there now so will have to bring your own food

Good Service and Staff, however the facilities are old and do get busy at most times, facilities are old and need a facelift, for example the outside pool doesn't have proper stairs.They need to redo the outdoor pool as indoor.They also push people out when swimming school lessons start, so if it's busy tough luck, even if you paid for it.

Water was cold, they said they had problems with heater. I think they were trying to break a record for making most kids sick at the same time. Personal in the pool was also shivering from cold.

Excellent experience at the indoor pool and friendly swim instructors. Good place to learn swim for all ages. Vani, Brendon,Deb and old Kiwi instructor are awesome.Recommend everyone to experience the outdoor pool and children pool.
