Really rushed job, male technician was sloppy leaving acrylic gel all over my fingers. Acrylic way too thick, I'm still picking chunks out from under my nails. Cut them way too short after I asked just to take away the amount that had grown out. Used to be a great salon under the old name. Wont be back.

Just had a manicure and pedicure (nail polish) and definitely 10/10 service. Super sterile, thorough, careful and very friendly. It was a gentleman who did my pedicure and it was definitely the best pedicure I’ve ever had in the Everton Park/Stafford area.

Best pedicure I’ve ever had. Lana was gentle and very accurate. She offered to repair my broken toe nail and did a fantastic job.

This was a very disappointing experience. Went for a manicure they have filed my nails crooked, cut underneath when clipping the nails so they are sore and on top of that the whole experience was about 5 minutes for $30. No hand cream, massage, nothing.

Greta attention to detail with the pedicure. Took their time to do a very through scrub and neat job. :)

Very disappointed with the service. Wish I’d read the reviews before ducking in yesterday. I needed infills and a nail replaced. They filed my nails very round and thick with the powder. I had to keep pointing out mistakes and bumps/ very thick nails to be filed down. It’s also odd they don’t let you wash your hands before they paint the acrylics. At my normal salon they do this and you don’t get the awful dried flaky glue like stuff around your nails. Paint job was awful, bumpy and uneven. I was going for coffin shape and they came out square. Will not be coming back here….

Had an appointment but waited 40 minutes in the chair before I was spoken to. Nail artist was so rough, leaving multiple cuts around my nails and extremely tender cuticles which have continued to hurt. Was rushed, careless and messy.

Just don’t do itSuper disappointed. Went and got polish on fingers and toes with my daughter. By the next day it was half gone and daughters were almost as bad.Went in to talk about it to be told “that’s because it’s polish not gel”. When I paint my nails my self they stay longer than 24 hours.Also clipped my toe which hurt like mad.No items were sanitised before or after use.Will be going to Gold Class by Woolworths from now on

Lana, Tony et al always make you feel special.Their work is really good and the ambience is nice as well.I enjoy going in everytime.

I had acrylics at this place yesterdayMy nail technician was 30 minutes late even though I booked weeks ago. The mess from the glue and Acrylics on my fingers were horrendous. He then tried to pry my fingers from the nails and tore my skin on some of my under nails this was very painful. My thumb nails were filed short, and are very short compared to the rest of my nails. They are wonky, uneven, blobs of acrylic everywhere. Definitely the wrong size tips fitted. My hands sting and hurt today. I tried to reach out on Face book to request a refund and even sent pictures. I was asked to call but to be honest felt uncomfortable calling and I'm about to head over seas so couldn't really.I tried to ask for a refund and have now been blocked in Facebook. Very unprofessional, do not recommend. Worst nail experience iver ever had.
