Grill'd Sunshine Plaza
Was really impressed with the Grill'd Sunshine Plaza today wait time from ordering to receiving our meals was only about 5 minutes, it wasn't very busy today at lunch. The burgers were super tasty, very fresh ingredients, beef patties juicy, cooked perfectly and just melted in your mouth and the hot chips were a nice addition on the side with their famous tomato chutney sauce. Prices are very reasonable too.

Just ordered my burger at Grilled sunshine Plaza, table no. 19. ordered a glass of wine too! sat down to wait for my food. Glass of wine arrived! so did my daughter who ordered a takeaway meal from nearby Fish bowl (just opened) as I wanted to eat at Grilled. she sat down and we were immediately set upon by a very young lady ( staff of Grill'd) who said unfortunately due to policy they were not allowed to have food from other restaurants on their premises. We were asked to leave. i immediately requested a refund, whcih was given with a smile on her face! handed back my Glass of wine untouched! unacceptable! not many patrons dining in. Would Grilled be so happy to lose a sale and returning customers? Clearly no problem as they enforce their Policies no matter what! How many parents would want to order from nearby Mcdonald's and wish to enjoy a Grilled meal? asked to speak to the Manager who very happily told me about the policies! what a shame!!! Let's tell everybody!

My friends and I come here every week to enjoy the veggie burgers on meat-free Mondays! We love the burgers and fries and have never been disappointed by the freshness and quality of the food brought out. The Grill'd team is always friendly and helpful. I personally love the Impossible Garden Goodness" veggie burger the most."

Lined up to be seated to order this for my family. Was ironically 'Grill'd' by a lady to get a table to order. Once we got a table she hunted us down to tell us we can't have any other food with us even though we had nothing on us. So we left.Employees need better customer service.

Grill'd has really gone downhill. This was the worst experience I've ever had for burgers. And it nothing to do with the burgers now being smaller. The counter staff were friendly but other than that, horrible. The burger came out burnt. The chips were awful with dirt spots. The charcoal permeated the whole meal. I'm 45mins sitting there not eating more of my food, not one person asked as they walked past, how my food was (they used to always do this but the food was always superb back then). I mentioned the burnt burger to two ladies and no offer of an apology or replacement. Finally when I asked who was managing tonight (to express my disappointment) the same lady came over and forced an insincere apology. Won't be going back.

Summer sunset is always my favorite. Beef patty is juicy and tastes great mixed with pineapple. Staff are super friendly. Happy to enjoy a quick and great food here.

Grill'd Sunshine Plaza
Always so good. Fast service. Food is always fresh. They cook the fresh food on the grill on your order. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I can recommend the zucchini fries are the best. It’s easy to see why the Grill’d chain has survived the recent economic situation when so many others have not. Keep up the great work guys.
