It was great dealing with Reagan's Real Estate. They were always professional and arranged maintenance quickly.

David Reagan never returns a number of txts or phone calls in relation to rental property enquiries! I can only imagine what would happen if a tenant renting from Reagan Real Estate had an emergency situation and the poor tenant not getting return txts or phone calls to sort out any rental issues.

Very dishonest. Will lie to you treat you well and then after you give notice they'll try to rip you off. I even got a phone call from a previous agent telling me I wasn't the first they tried to rip off ! 4 years with these two faced liars constantly blaming the owners for stuff not being done and now trying to come after me for things I did not do!If you are dealing with themTAKE PICS AND VIDEO OF EVERYTHINGNEVER TALK TO THEM IN PERSON GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!KEEP COMPLAINING ABOUT EVERYTHING DON'T LET ANYTHING GO NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU ABOUT THE OWNERS!I have 3 different walk throughs done by these people.I took care of the dust" on the original walkthrough ( they went in 3 weeks after I moved out) .They went back days later and then sent me a bigger bill for more things.DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT A COURT FIGHT!!"

The team at Reagans is exceptional - professional, kind and warm. I have dealt with David, Kerry and the rest of the wonderful team for many years and loved the property management style they practice.

I have been dealing with Reagans Real Estate now for about 8 years. I have found them to be extremely helpful and friendly. Being an investment owner they have been very supportive when I had had to deal with difficult tenants. I even recommended them to my parents who ended up selling their own house with David. I have no hesitation in recommended them for Property Management or Selling / Buying a home.

Like the majority of the other reviewers, I had a deeply unpleasant experience with Reagans. The individual agents, in particular Kerry Reagan, are unprofessional and rude. She is completely unfit and improper to be held out as a representative of anyone's property. I strongly regret not having approached other real estate agents in the area.And, in light of their attempts to try and discredit other reviewers, anyone interested is more than welcome to contact me for further information.
