It's actually quite refreshing to deal with a company who are both friendly and efficient. I don't normally write reviews but credit where its due. A company that actually has a policy and staff training to hang up on their customer based solely on their subjective views SPEAKS VOLUMES!Extremely poor customer service from the person who identified himself as the SON IN-LAW in this family owned business. 20 years in business this individual will indeed lose business for the company if his arrogant representation remains unchecked.When I informed the SON IN-LAW I wasn't satisfied with his abrupt attitude and thought he was not listening to the customer's request and was in adverse contrast to his colleague I had previously spoken with. He actually then escalated his attitude by attacking me and then slammed the phone down on me .................. wow!! When I called back and asked to speak to the managing director he hung up on me again whilst in mid conversation. Unfortunately with this person in a frontline position he's bringing a 20 year business in disrepute and I'll be happy spending my money elsewhere. Aardvark Plastics & Food Plastics Online have excellent customer service.Follow up:It's indeed disturbing that the company has still placed you in a position to respond to a complaint regarding your appalling customer service. I would beg you to provide the recorded message of the actual call if you're indeed wishing to influence potential customers and allow them to be the judge. Misleading information is just as detrimental as lying!! I hope you'll exercise better customer service based upon further feedback.If anyone should choose to do business here be sure not to complain about the service unless you wish to have the phone slammed in your ear or be lied about when they reply! 16 reviews and already 2 are complaints about poor service.
