Central Coast Florist went above and beyond the call of duty this Valentine's Day for us. I gave them a budget, and the most vague description possible (tropical flowers + roses), and the final result was MAGNIFICENT! Then, to top it all off, the boss delivered the bouquet herself to ensure it all went off without a hitch. Top marks for customer service, price, and quality. Thank you very much!

I phoned this florist to order a snack hamper for my unwell dad in hospital and the lovely lady went above and beyond to perfect it for me and was such a pleasure to deal with. Ordered the Native Ceramic Arrangement - very easy ordering process. Delivery (special time request on a Saturday) on time, by lovely delivery person. Arrangement was beautifully done. All round, can't speak too highly of this florist - very professional, courteous and helpful - they clearly have an 'aim to please' ethic.

Florist takes payment before even organizing or confirming availability of product and delivery time frames. Customer service is lacking and needed to go through Pay Pal to request refund. Best advice I can give is that there are many other Florist's on the Central Coast.
