Hi your delivery drivers are by far the laziest people in the work force! I was in my home and they didn’t even try to deliver my package he sat in his van wrote out a card and left it in the mailbox I was coming out of the bathroom as he got in his van and drove off! DO BETTER AUSPOST

DO NOT use this post office if you have the chance. The staff at the counter are super unhelpful, and actively make your work more arduous; it took more than a month to partially complete a simple task of delivering documents interstate.Storytime: I had to deliver a money order and a return envelope to a receipient in another state. The staff delivered the money order WITHOUT a staff signature, thus voiding its use. The receipient then had to use the return envelope to return the unsigned money order. After signing the money order, the office staff literally stuck a white sticker over the stamped area of the USED enveloped, while reassuring me that it could be reused. However, of course, that is not the case. After more than a month of this back and forth, I gave up receiving the physical document and asked the receipient to send a digital copy to my email instead.tl;dr do not use this post office unless you’d like your time and money wasted.

Ok. So Australia post can no longer provide the service promised. I'm having express packages take up to 8 days. Capital city to capital city.I understand you lost half your transport fleet. That isn't our fault. Please start treating your customers with respect. Your branches don't even have phone numbers listed.Your prices need to be adjusted to reflect the poor level of service we are receiving. You have the highest earning CEO in Australia. Act like it. Replace your fleet

Very bad experience every time I got parcels from auspost, even tho every time I’m at home but the delivery person never ring the bell and said I missed the delivery. Seriously trained your employees don’t be this lazy ok?? Is not that hard to press the bell! DHL is even better at customer service, and they ring the bell every time, why they can do it your delivery person can’t?

This has got to be the worst post office in Australia, I have never come across such rude staff, who eye you up and down the minute you walk up to the counter with judging looks and speak so rudely. They act like they are doing you a huge favour bu serving you. Sorry but this is your job, and you’re getting paid for it. What is the matter with you people? Don’t treat others terribly because you hate your job. Seriously Australia Post, you need to train your staff or hire better staff!! Pathetic. I live a one minute walk from this post office but will now actually drive further to go the post office in Parap which has great reviews. Avoid this post office at all costs if you can.

Do better!!, my daughter ordered a package and was waiting at home for it but the delivery guy didn’t even knock and left a card! And I had to go somewhere because of work and she tried to collect it with her grandma they told her she needed her parent with her and they wouldn’t accept her grandmother as a parent, they shooed them off and my daughter was humiliated and embarrassed to even go back!!!

Dear Paul Graham Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Australia Post,Please take the time to read my review and other reviews on this site. We live in a block of 26 units near Darwin City. Many of the residents have similar complaints about your delivery driver. Yesterday I was home yesterday all day due to Covid. Sitting on a seat a metre away from my intercom which is in excellent working order. At no time did the intercom ring. My tracking information came up with a message Attempted delivery - No one in attendance 9.39am. A card was left in my letterbox just under the intercom. The parcel was needed urgently. My Wife went and collected the parcel at the Cavenagh Street Post Office this morning. She was told it was not heavy by a staff member. For an older person 7.4 kg is a reasonable weight especially when there are no carparks out the front of the Post Office due to construction work next door. As my wife said to your staff member obviously a 7.4kg parcel is too heavy for your delivery driver. Please urgently investigate this complaint under your watch (maybe that is a bad choice of wording) not just for us but all of your customers in this area.

A lot of people can’t use a computer or even have an email account. Just like bush gossip & the bush telegraph. The post is essential to keep us informed and connected with family friends and loved ones
