Amazing Graze Tea Rooms
Had a fabulous high tea/brunch today. It was the perfect place to catch up with a friend I haven’t seen in ages. The food and the presentation were excellent, along with a stunning setting and a warm and welcoming environment. I can highly recommend Amazing Graze for high tea, or for a cuppa and cake. The photo was taken at almost at the end of our gathering, we’d eaten almost everything….lol

Amazing Graze Tea Rooms
This star is ONLY for the food as it was nice but the SERVICE was actually disappointing. We arrived for our 12pm high tea and got told that our table was not ready and had to wait 15 minutes for it to be ready in the back room in a corner sharing it with a private function. We then got asked by a lady from the function to be quiet while their event was on. We sat there in silence even though we have paid the same amount of money as everyone else. It ruined the entire experience. I asked the boss to get moved which she did to the front door in the florist area where patrons were walking through (she may as-well have put us in the fridge). We waited over an hour for our drinks and had to ask 3 times before we got given our order. We did not even get water glasses for our water or plates for our food. I have been ordering flowers for years from Amazing Graze and I have been a loyal customer and I can’t believe the service I received. The entire experience was shocking and I would never come back again. I will say the only staff member who is AMAZING is Martin. He was extremely accomodating and such a beautiful person and made our experience as good as it could be. Thank you Martin.

Amazing Graze Tea Rooms
Had my baby shower at Amazing Graze Tea Rooms. Russell and the team went above and beyond to make sure it was a memorable day. The food was amazing and the staff were all so accommodative and attentive. All the guests had a great time and everyone commented on how stunning the venue is and how delicious the food is. Russell catered to all the dietary requirements and the flower activity was really fun as well. The Rose room at is perfect for private events. I would highly recommend amazing graze tea rooms to anyone wanting to host a private event or even just to have a lovely high tea.

Amazing Graze Tea Rooms
I had my baby shower here and all I can say is WOW! It was a dream fairytale so so beautiful and elegant with a touch of glam. The staff are all excellent the food is divine and everyone that attended loved it. We had the private room at the back, one of the owners Russell helped serve drinks to the guests on arrival it just made the day extra special! Love this place perfect for an event with women so beautiful. Thank you Team!

Customer service was quite daunting, and some of the staff didn’t really know what was going on. They didn’t know which package we booked for,• Unlimited refills on tea, but we could only select one flavour, which I thought was ridiculous and we would be charged extra if we wanted a different tea flavour•No unlimited scones either!!, most places do this so please keep in mind this is not part of the deal, and was upsetting•when the tier was put down, none of the foods were explained, we had to guess what we were eating.•customer service was intimidatingThe 2 stars are for the food, we got the traditional high tea set and all the food and desserts were actually really great. Couldn’t fault the food except the scones were not cooked crispy. Just soft all over.Therefore the experience was a let down and ruined our vibes, so it gets a 2.

Amazing Graze Tea Rooms
It was lovely. The atmosphere was so good. You are surrounded by fresh and dried flowers. The please was clean and loved all the beautiful pots, cute left and cups. We spent $59pp on the traditional high tea set. Love the aesthetics of the restaurant. Easy to get to, right by Essendon station with relatively close parking. All the staff were really nice and attentive, they took the time to explain everything to us, all the dishes and refilled our tea for us as well.Amazing time. Thank you

Amazing Graze Tea Rooms
This is a must visit tea room in Essendon right off the train track. Very easy to get to on the Craigieburn line. High tea was exceptional with gorgeous warm scones fresh out the oven and little pots of fresh cream and jam. The bubbles were a perfect addition to our high tea. Price is so reasonable for what you get and the decor of blush pink chairs and flowers are exquisite. Cannot find any fault. Oh and don't forget to pop next door to their pretty flower shop, I will be popping back next week to buy a bouquet for my work friend. 10 out of 10 for the friendly staff who cater to your needs with smiles.

Amazing Graze is exactly that... AMAZING!I chose this venue for our ladies annual get togeather.Organising a venue for 24 ladies is not easy howeverRussell and his team made it effortless.The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.The decor elegant and comfortable.The actual high tea was beautifully executed.A selection of fresh scones, finger sandwiches, mini savouries,and petite desserts that were so yummy leaving us wanting more.We had a selection of tea and coffee on hand AND also cocktails... what more could you ask for!Will definitely be returning with my friends and family and booking our next ladies event in 2023!Thank you to all the team for making our day a memorable one.

Amazing Graze Tea Rooms
Unfortunately was really disappointed with our visit here. We picked the high tea that included the Prosecco & it was definitely overpriced & the service was shocking.The door was left open & it was freezing inside, a bee also came in and was buzzing around the tables for most of the time we were there. The food was a big let down, the only thing that was decent was the chicken sandwich, everything else wasn’t very fresh or just wasn’t very tasty. We had to ask for sugar and milk with our tea about 3 times. I ended up going to the counter to get it as their one staff member seemed to be very forgetful. My daughters high tea (the childrens one) was served stone cold. Her baby chino never arrived. We had to ask for our Prosecco to be served as it was never offered. Definitely avoid, I thought it would be convenient to go locally but regretted not going to the cbd. The owners granddaughter was kicking a ball around the shop & continually approached our table & wanted to be touching my daughters toys, which was okay but she had a very runny nose.

Great little nibbles , very small but very filling. Tea was a little cold however they do offer unlimited refill. Staff very friendly. Overall good experience, they also have a very nice function room and a little shop with flowers and candles. ☺️
