ELR Plumbing and Roofing replaced our entire old roof and guttering on our house at Tootgarook. Taylor and the team were amazing, nothing was ever a problem. Taylor, Pete and Mitch are all very polite, knowledgeable and explained the process in great detail.2 weeks before the job was to start we had a leak in the roof that came into the lounge room, Taylor went out of his way to help us at the end of his long day and in the dark, he also travelled quite a long distance to our house to do this.We chose a ColorBond Steel roof and guttering and Taylor recommended installing fascia's.Now our house looks fantastic, it has added value to our property and given our house a streamlined, more expensive look than what we had before. Our house in the hills has a new lease on life! Our double storey English Tudor had very tired looking wooden shingles and desperately needed replacing. Taylor, Peter and the team installed a new Colorbond roof for me, they are very friendly, hard working and professional. They keep my place clean and tidy at all time.I am very happy to tell my friends that there's no extra noise from Colorbond roof at all compare to tile based on my personal experience.I appreciate Taylor's kindness and understanding as he came to stop the leaks from the skylight within 30 minutes at night when it was raining . In fact, the leak was caused by a carpenter not Taylor or the team.The only disappointment I have is the extra downpipe because it has not been connected to the storm water as I expected.
