The doughnuts we had today were sensational, we meant to get a photo for the review but we ate them before we could. The caramel latte we ordered was the best coffee in the food court. The staff were so kind and lovely.

Had a coffee and toastie on a very busy Saturday 6th around 10am. Lots of customers waiting and the line was long. Just wanted a shout out to the young girls serving. They didn't lose their smiles or customer service and kept their calm under immense pressure when there were lots of customers. They did an awesome job.

Absolutely rude and appalling service. I was waiting patiently with my children and the worker completely ignored us not even acknowledging us. She then proceeded to serve another customer, who arrived well after we did, and sold her the donuts my children were hoping to have as a treat. You've just lost three customers as we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Hot cinnamon doughnuts were great, milkshake was average, service was pretty quick and hotdogs were a bit stale and slapped together.

Cinnamon donuts are really good and fairly well priced. Glazed donuts are a bit overpriced but also good, the thickshakes are really good since they use cottees syrup. Staff from my experiences have all been kind and taken my order immediately, do not know about they other products, overall I really like this place.

We buy chocolate milkshakes and toasted Ham n cheese sandwich & donuts from them everytime we are in the mall,toasted sandwich came to us very dry and barely any cheese,when I spoke to the manager mentioning I wasn't happy with how the sandwich was made with barely any butter his response was it's instructions from head office, not to use butter seriously ,instead of solvingthe issue, ,never again buying from them,the young girls are lovely
