Highly recommended Chris and his team at Roof Response. Initially did an assessment for an insurance claim. Ended up getting a payout and getting roof response in directly for a roof replacement. Chris and the team did an amazing job on one of our renovation projects.Having been let down last minute by another company i contacted Chris who was only too happy to help out and get me out of trouble.Quality of work is great, very prompt service and very professional.They have kept in contact on a daily basis as to the progress of the works.We have now engaged Roof Response on our next project and will be our go to roofing contractor on all future projects.

The team are fantastic.Long story -Last year during the large rain event in Brisbane that caused flooding and other damage to properties around SEQ ours was affected.Going through our insurance (Allianz) was the biggest pain in the rear we've ever experienced they offloaded our claim to a third party (Crawford and Company well known for this) who sent tradesman who looked at nothing and blamed everything on maintenance and the solar installers. The third party did this to hopefully have my claim denied.After seeing the reports and being here first hand when the reports were done first hand I knew this third party adjuster was talking nonsense.Knowing I was in for a battle with the insurance I looked at options to get my own reports done that were to the standard that insurance companies require to be accepted. This is how I landed with Roof Response, they quickly sent out an inspector who put a VERY comprehensive report that I could provide my insurance with that in areas concluded that Crawford and Company were wrong. It also found hail damage something that happened before the rain event which also assisted in us being able to claim that. They also provided me a comprehensive quote on what needed to be fixed and one to reroof the property to the latest standards and best practice.It took a VERY VERY long time to get to the point that my insurance agreed to everything but one thing I know is Roof Response was a call away and always assisted with the multitude of questions I had.When the dust settled on the Insurance battle Roof Response honored their quote and we now have a high quality roof installed by professionals. The team who did the installation were fantastic, kind and efficient.I'd highly HIGHLY recommend using Roof Response if you are seeking roof reports, fixes or full installations. Am very satisfied with all the work that has been carried out at my residence.Any concerns that I had were addressed promptly by Tanya in the office as well as by Michael or Chris or any of the workers who replaced my roof. I give them the highest recommendation.

Roof Response has been helpful in dealing with Makesafes and Roof Reports. Their reports are spot on and the team is accommodating and provide great advice. Have not had a recall to a property for rectification on a roof install.

A damp patch on our hallway ceiling indicated that we had a small leak in our roof. Michael inspected the roof - identified the leak - and promptly gave us a quote to fix it. Roofline organised a team to fix it and the job was completed yesterday.
