I don't think it's right just to assume that Liverpool store doesn't have a size without calling first, especially when I was the only customer in store, I'm not sure why the lady didn't want to help me. Lucky I called Liverpool store and they had all the sizes I was after.

REFUNDS, CREDIT NOTES & EXCHANGESWe do not accept refunds for change of mind, refunds will only be provided where we are required to under Australian Consumer Law, such as if the item is faulty or does not match the description or is not fit for purpose or intended use. i purchased a East Hills Girls High School Jacket and the sleeves on the Velcro has come Undone and this company refuses to respond to my emails, after they accessed the jacket and tried to blame my daughter for peeling it off, my daughter also has friends at school with the same issue. the returns policy clearly states a return if the item is not fit for purpose.. i have filed a complaint with Dept of Fair Trading. This company refuses to give out a contact phone number. the only means of communication is email. so sad... after 7 years as a loyal customer i will not be coming back here every again.

*UPDATE 11/11/22*:Check out the store reply to this thread in google and then the unfiltered version below they emailed me:'Supratik... Your sustained comments...are both slanderous and defamatory to our business... It is not our responsibility that you forgot to present your vouchers during your transaction...we have offered you a solution... something that we are not required to do, but have done so in order to accommodate for your requests... we have reported you to your school. Please remove your defamatory comments online or we will have to take this matter further.'So it is now nice to know:1. That when people are buying something as expensive as first hand uniforms the store staff feel 'no responsibility' to ask at point of sale if customers want to use the vouchers (as done in Officeworks, Big W and every other store).2. That when someone is spending close to $200 like myself (up to $500 per time for other parents), a simple readjustment of the transaction to allow the customer to save money (whilst costing nothing for the store) is 'something we're not required to do'. Their so called 'alternative solution' they've offered is useless to me (and would be to others too) for the below outlined reasons.Honestly even hitmen are better with their clients than this. I must have missed the part where by spending hundreds of dollars the store is doing us (customers) a favour rather than the other way around.*STORE PROPOSED SOLUTION* 11/1/22The store did reach out to me and said they will give me $175 (my spent amount) worth of 'store credit' for future purchases and will allow me to use my Back to School vouchers to purchase the below items again. In other words they keep my $175 I paid out of pocket this time, knowing fully well that Back to School vouchers are issued every year which I will use for future purchases too and this extra credit will sit there unused forever of no use to me whatsoever (but extra $$ for the store indefinitely). Umm.. thanks but no thanks. Why they cannot just repeat the transaction (again, it doesn't cost the store anything) is simply beyond me. So to reiterate, *DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LEACHES*. Buy second hand or buy generic items from department stores and you will definitely get better (and more common sense) service.*ORIGINAL FEEDBSCK - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE* 9/1/22I purchased uniforms for $175 last week, paid from my pocket and then few days later realised I still have some 'Back to school' NSW vouchers which I could have used on this purchase.Went back to the store today asking if they can simply redo the transaction to use the vouchers, but they flat out refused and said if you haven't used the vouchers

Very poor customer service. Called many times never pick up the call. Spent 200 dollars for uniforms. Were very rude during conversation. Did not accept back to school vouchers when I paid for it previously. They will flatly deny refunds so be aware. Improve your customer service and be ethical instead of wasting time replying to google reviews.

Extremely overpriced. I could have got my childs school shirts for $25 brand new from the uniform shop at the school but paid $33.99 for one and $35.99 for the sport one. Almost $10 difference! If i had known that it was that overpriced, i would have just waited for the schools uniform shop to reopen to use my back to school voucher there instead. What a waste.

Visited Moorebank uniform shop today to have some embroidery done for a few school items. Fiona and Christina’s customer service was amazing. They were welcoming considering they were busy, Fiona didn’t rush me and was so patient and honest. The price was fair and quality on display was great. I walked out happy and confident that my embroidery items were in good in hands. Definitely recommended. Thank you ladies!A.S

MUE charged me $35 for this shirt, the shirt without embroidery can be purchased from different retailers for $5. Now im not going to claim to know much about embroidery but if that logo costs $30 to put on. Enough said I think!
