Oz Education Homebush - Childcare & Preschool

We have been so happy with our daycare choice. Our son started attending at 8 months and has thrived in this environment. He has a very special relationship with his carers and the communication by the centre has always been fantastic. Due to us relocating, our son will be finishing up this month after 18months. A huge thanks to all the staff for everything you have done for our family.

I love the environment in the childcare facility. The educators are very friendly and approachable. If I have any concerns regarding my child it is very easy to talk to them.

Let’s start from the beginning of our journey. Despite hearing great things, as a first time mum I didn’t know what to expect as I sent my 12 month old off to start his day care adventure. Very quickly my emotions went from super anxious and worried to calm and collected all thanks to the wonderful staff and educators at Oz Education Homebush. Hand on heart, every single one of the staff I have dealt with here so far have been very caring, trustworthy, genuine, nurturing and so helpful and I’m so grateful for this.My child has been at this centre for just over a year and has learnt so much thanks to the wonderful educators and programs. Being taught and looked after professional staff has helped improve his motoring skills, encouraged him to talk and sing, as well given him the confidence to interact with other children. It’s so reassuring to see and know all these positive elements are helping my child as he grows.I honestly can’t thank all of the staff enough and know that my child is always in very capable and caring hands.Highly recommend this fantastic day care centre to all. Absolutely amazing!!

My 2 daughters have being going to this childcare from when they are 1 years old. The staffs are amazing, caring, friendly and professional. The centre is always clean and they also provide healthy meals everyday. Highly recommend this childcare!

Tl;drSend your kid if you dont mind them taking money without your permission and if they are around 2 years old .Pros: Very good care for kids at or around 2 years. Our first son wont talk much before sending him here for the second time but after sending him here after he turned 2 he became very social, to our pleasant surprise.Strict management - even if the carers miss something the management will see to it that is completed, as long as it is not about money.Nice facility - clean and neat.Cons: First time we sent our first son here the debit was too much in excess than what we agreed to. 10 sessions in advance instead of the agreed 4.We didn't like the care our kids received when they were around 1 to 1 1!2 years. We found our second son crying all alone in a room when we went to pick him up.Rude management - we were not be able to raise a complaint with them or get them to acknowledge it. When we did insist they threatened to call the police on us. This is not an environment for our kids, we removed them immediately from this center. Also, they threatened to take legal action if we ever comment about this in social media, not sure why they think it is illegal for a consumer to review a service when one of their representative is leaving such feedback on various business including their own.

From the time I was greeted by Belinda on my tour I knew this was the place to send my son. The staff were warm, inviting and friendly. We have been at Oz Education since 2019 and now with 2 boys there.Thank you to the amazing and friendly staff, I highly recommend this child care. My boys absolutely love coming here!Thank you Belinda, Batoul and all the staff at Oz Education in Homebush West for making it a happy and safe learning environment for my family.
