The One Room Escape

No liquor licence, most of the text and language in the room we were in was a foreign language, when asking for prompts, we were just the answer to the room from the assistant. I do not recommend this escape room.

Have been here twice now and have really enjoyed all the rooms! Personally love the Green Hospital, as jump scares are the best... but this is also one of the few places with large rooms for a big group, which is so much fun. Really great host, very accommodating and patient when we've had to change bookings etc. Highly recommend these rooms for escape newbies and enthusiasts alike.

My family member had joined a birthday party group, they had lot of heart beating fun time there. Many laughter talk about what they thought and what they did after the game. Easy location.

We completed The Conspiracy. As avid escape room enthusiasts we were a bit let down by the experience.In this room there was too much down time where you were at the mercy of waiting for the videos to play/wait for voice overs. I would not recommend this room for more than 2 people as other than one task they could realistically be completed by one person (which leaves everyone else standing around doing nothing).Friendly staff and Easy parking. Premises was a bit cold, we all needed to keep our outside coats on in the room (June).

It was mid, Mr John's customer service has some desperate need for some love while the room itself refused to open doors when we clearly had the right answer. For some reason some people enjoyed themselves.

Had a fun experience here completing the Green Hospital room. Good local escape room- putting a team together to come back and do the Egyptian room

We've tried The Legend of 5 Holey Pearls. Although instructions were given in English too, still it was difficult for us to understand and follow. Overall, it was a fun experience, and I would like to try their other rooms.

Very rude staff. They required us to come 10-15mins earlier, but there was no one at the reception by the time we arrived. After 5mins later, the staff finally opened the door which let the family who arrived the latest to get it without waiting for us and another group to go inside. The door was close again and the family who got in did not have any intention to open the door for us. Another 5mins, the staff finally opened the door and let us in. He ruled us to put the phone inside the locker when we could not hear what he said. The room was just ok. My friends who cannot read Chinese felt quite struggled to encode the tasks in the 5 holy pearls game. At the end, the rude staff just opened the escape room door and simply said you are done!" and then he just disappeared. Overall

The facilities were nice. We tried the Green Hospital room and it was of moderate-hard difficulty but at times seemed too straightforward, 6/10 scariness. Customer service could have been better. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I intend to try the other room

I went there with a group of people and really enjoyed it. However some of the activities were strange and to difficult. Overall very fun and would recommend to try one out.
