Great people there who took the time to set me up with everything I needed. They gave me a lot of help and advice and some good banter as well!

I can honestly say one of the best experiences i've had in an Archery shop in a very very very long time.Went to Bensons to fit out myself and my husband, with two new kits.We were served by Brian who is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, made the whole process from start to finish a very pleasurable experience.Straight off the bat we were greeted and assisted through the very lengthy process, setting up a two new re-curve bows.This included reviewing our draw lengths, deciding on limb weight and helping select appropriate gear. Brian took the time to show us both how to assemble and string our bows, whilst also teaching better grip and positioning. He answered any questions we had with expert knowledge and provided us with everything we needed.They really did provide 5 star service and it was worth every dollar, don't bother with the other place in Sydney go straight to Bensons it's easy to get to and on a non busy day there is plenty of parking.I'll be back again for all my archery needs very pleased.

Just got back into archery and bought a second hand bow, the guys at Benson Archery are incredible!! helped set my bow up for me and were so patient and friendly. Honestly hands down best service i have had in forever. i will drive the 90min again without hesitation.

Walking in you are met with an absolute wonderland of hunting gear, bows and equipment all set up so neatly and very clean store. The staff are super friendly and obviously the real deal when it comes to archery knowledge. You aren’t put under any pressure whatsoever to buy anything! They will take into account your archery history and steer you in the right direction without being overbearing to quickly make a sale.Incredibly Professional and not shy of a good laugh and some fun banter. They offer in store payment plans and flexible lay-bys. Never made a more easy purchase in my life! This is the place to go.

Went in having never even held a bow, but wanting to get into bowhunting. Met with exceptional service, friendly and knowledgeable staff who were able to sort me out from picking a bow, customising it, adding accessories and getting everything set up. This place is way more than just an amazing shop, it's also an absolutely incredible service which deserves recognition.

Brian helped me a lot picking out my new limbs for my wooden riser. He also recommended me wonderful accessory upgrades. I’ll be back sometime later to get my ILF setup done eventually.

The crew at Benson Archery were incredibly helpful to me, being a first-time Archer (since I was a child, at least). They took the time to get to know me, my goals with Archery, and helped me pick out a bow. This included measuring me properly and being very helpful and patient with my poor technique.I was offered a package deal with my bow and given a slight discount for both - something I likely would have either passed on or otherwise not purchased the extra objects without.I'd like to remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but I am grateful to him and the rest of the staff for their kindness and support while guiding me into picking up Archery as a hobby. This included showing me how to properly care for my bow, stringing it, and even cutting arrows to be perfect for my measurements. They truly went above and beyond.The image is of the bow I purchased - an amateur starter bow, to be sure, but it is comfortable, feels great to use, the arrows are durable and lightweight, and overall, I am very happy with my purchase. I will be back to continue my hobby with them.

Great service here. Knowledgeable. Patient. They found a bow to suit me and set it up while I waited. Did a good deal on a case and arrows as well. Young Mason is a smart lad and excellent salesman. Even got a follow up call later to see how it was going. Highly recommended archery store.
